if you like it then you should ... just frame it!

For the recent wine tasting we hosted for the Helene Marks Early Start Foundation at Chelsea Wine Vault we needed to come up with some creative but cost-effective ways to decorate the space and display information to guests. We struck gold (or silver in this case) with some beautiful, yet inexpensive frames that we found in a discount shop. A personal favorite of ours is The Christmas Tree Shoppe. We are also huge fans of Target (Pottery Barn look for a fraction of the cost).

The frames delivered more than our original expectations. They made the space feel warm and rich and doubled as favors for the guests. We kept the larger frames so we can use them at future events. Hugely cost-effective!

We framed welcome signs, silent auction descriptions. We even framed our business cards to promote ourselves at the event! We adore the idea of using these little frames as seating cards at a reception and giving them out as favors.

Printing the fillers was an easy project at home using a basic photo printer, glossy photo paper and a little fun with clip art.
